Final Cut

Here is a final cut of my music video, from the peer feedback that I have received, I believe that nothing else in this video needs changing, and I have completed the video to the best of my ability, showing my complexity of skills when editing, but also imaginatively as I gathered the ideas for this video at the start of the process.

It has taken me a while to come to a conclusion on how i will end my music video, and i have decided that with two shots i will overlay them so it appears that the girl in the video is the stronger person and she is walking away from the relationship. I didn't want to music video to end abruptly, but i wanted a message to be portrayed to leave in the audiences mind, so this is why i have used this effect. You can see from the picture below how the transition works:

Cutting and Managing Footage on the Timeline

To start the process of exiting my footage, I uploaded and then started to place the footage on the timeline in the order that I wanted it. When I did that i started to time my footage with the music, and this meant chopping my footage down. 

Now I am at the stage where I am adding affects to the footage such as cross dissolves for transitions.
